Services for Commercial Real Estate Leasing

"Management Bureau" is engaged in the lease of commercial real estate throughout Ukraine.

This service is aimed at cooperation with owners who wish to find a financially reliable tenant, as well as a tenant who needs a long-term lease of commercial premises or a production / storage area.

Let us consider the first option: for owners of non-liquid or poorly leased commercial real estate.

Physical or legal persons have property that does not generate income, or the income is insufficient. In this case, the person can contact the Management Bureau to book a tenant search service and the real estate renovation if necessary. After the agreement is signed, our specialist visits the location, inspects it, assesses its technical condition, takes photos for advertising, examines the documentation and selects the tenant.

Payment terms: After the Landlord signs the Service Agreement, he/she pays 50% of the expected monthly rental rate. As a result of the signed Agreement between the parties (the Landlord and the Tenant), the service is considered completed. In this case, the Tenant pays the remaining 50% of the one-time fee from the monthly rental rate (specified in the lease agreement), and the prepayment is recalculated. If the customer declines the service and the provider offers 1 or more potential Tenants, the prepayment is not refunded.

Let us consider the second option: you are interested in a long-term rental of premises or territory for office, warehouse, production, etc.

A person or a legal entity may need a room or territory to expand activities or start a new business. In this case, they turn to the Management Bureau, conclude an agreement and fill an application, in which they describe the necessary parameters and characteristics. According to the application, the selection of suitable objects for rent is carried out.

Payment terms: After the Tenant signs the Agreement for the provision of a selection service, he/she pays 50% of the expected monthly rental rate. As a result of the signed Agreement between the parties (the Landlord and the Tenant), the service is considered completed. In this case, the Tenant pays the remaining 50% of the one-time fee from the monthly rental rate (specified in the lease agreement), and the prepayment is recalculated. If the customer declines the service, and the provider offered 1 or more objects that correspond to the application, the prepayment is not refunded.
